They have unwittingly closed down the ability to attract the healthy attention they want—from men and women—without even realizing they have done it.

The Art of Feminine Presence™ teaches women to be seen and heard in a way that is powerful and feminine, and supports them in a community of other women who are stepping into this courageous place as well. For decades, we have been talking about the lack of women’s presence in the world, and we have made many positive steps towards lifting more women into power. Ki (Qi or Chi) energy training is the basis of this yoga. You will be able to feel the energy with regular practice. Ki serves as a bridge between body and mind, and will help you feel how your mind’s condition affects your physical health. This yoga is for everyone. You will be guided to follow your body’s current condition and ability and gradually develop more strength, flexibility and awareness.

Integrative Nutritional Analysis 

Integrative Nutritional Analysis (INA) is a technique used to view living blood cells thru a microscope to distinguish between healthy and unhealthy cells, rather than looking at just the cell count. We are interested in the morphology of the cells; the action, reaction, and interaction of the various cells and components in order to determine current deficiencies, needs, excesses, intolerances, and stressors of the cells, tissues, and systems within the body. This view of the body systems reveals an individuals’ pattern of health. Each of us, because of our unique genetic makeup and environment, has distinct nutritional requirements to achieve optimal health and well-being. One diet or supplement program does not work for everyone. We are excited to offer an affordable non-invasive method to help evaluate the current state of our health, to track patterns, and provide practical solutions through diet and lifestyle changes. Co-Creational Studies

Conscious co-creation – You create your own reality.

These concepts have been gaining spiritual traction since the early 1970’s, with the explosive popularity of the accumulated Seth Material, authored by Jane Roberts. This work has been powerfully expanded and enhanced with the introduction of the accumulated Abraham material, authored by Esther and Jerry Hicks, beginning in the early 2000’s. Those who are familiar with these ideas, or who wish to become familiar, will benefit here.

For those of you who wish to develop skills in co-creation, the ability to form intentions and see them manifest, to understand the connection between your mind and the events of your lives, we will begin a new series on Friday, September 16, 6:00 PM socialize & program starts promptly at 6:30p. This program will run one Friday per month from September through May 2018. We will be studying and discussing the book “The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent”, co-authored by Esther and Jerry Hicks. This is a wonderful book that focuses directly upon co-creation, with an emphasis on personal beliefs as reality generating structures. And it does bring powerful insights to the system of creation into which we have all been born. We will read an assigned portion of the book and listen to weekly YouTube excerpts in preparation for each session. This book is not at all large or difficult. Insights from other co-creational sources will be plentiful, as we strive to move from the written ideas to practical application.

If you are unfamiliar with this body of work, you are in for a treat! The group that has formed here is light-hearted, good-natured, and of value to anyone looking for connection.

Attendees are required to have a book. If you own your own, please bring it. Copies are available for sale at the center ($12 includes tax). We will read the book in increments for discussion at each of the nine classes. There will be home study based on the principles presented.

Meditation

In spite of the fact that meditation has become a very popular concept. It is still widely misunderstood. Meditation is not a means to an end, it is the end to the means. In this hustle-bustle world, our minds rarely get to take a break. Meditation is simply the opportunity to stop the thinking, planning, evaluating, etc. that occupies our minds and allow quietness. Our bodies know how to take care of themselves, how to heal, when we give them a chance to do their own work. The only way that can happen is if we still the activity in our brain. There are many ways to do this and we believe it is important to find a way that works for you. We don’t meditate to achieve something, we create a space where stillness allows inspiration. Let us share our techniques with you.
